【摘要】 目的 研究螺旋CT胰腺双期薄层增强扫描对胰岛素瘤的诊断价值。方法 13例胰岛素瘤行螺旋CT胰腺双期薄层增强扫描，100ml对比剂，3ml/s单相注射，延迟25秒行动脉期扫描，延迟65秒行门脉期扫描。结果 检出13例中的10例(77%)，检出的10例在动脉期均表现为高密度，门脉期4例为等密度，5例为略高密度，1例为高密度。3例假阴性中2例在两个时相均表现为等密度，1例在两个时相均表现为高密度，因与脾血管无法区别而漏诊。结论 螺旋CT胰腺双期薄层增强扫描对胰岛素瘤的诊断具有较高的价值。

【 Abstract】 Objective To evaluate dual-phase contrastenhanced spiral CT in the diagnosis of insulinoma. Methods Biphasic contrast enhanced spiralCT was performed in thirteen patients with thirteen insulinomas proved surgically andpathologically, including four males, nine females, age from 22 to 68 years old (mean 38).100 ml nonionic contrast agent was injected at 3 ml/s, the scan delay time of the arterialand portal venous phase was 25s and 65s respectively. Results Ten of thirteen insulinomas weredetected. All of them were hyperdense in the arterial phase. Whereas and one washyperdense four were iso-dense. Five were slightly dense. Two of the three false negativecases were iso-dense in both phases. One was hyperderse on both phases and cannot bedistinguished from the splenic vessles. Conclusion Dual-phase contrast enhanced spiral CT has considerablevalue for detection of insulinomas.
